Yes — simply select “Pick Up” at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready to collect. You’re welcome to pop in during our opening hours once you’ve received your collection confirmation.

Of course. If you need support with an online order, pop in during opening hours and we’ll help wherever we can.

No, we ask that pets are not brought to your appointment as they are not permitted in the studio.

Our studio and piercing rooms are maintained to a high standard of hygiene, so we need to keep the environment as clean and sterile as possible for your health and safety.

If you need to bring a pet with you, they will need to remain outside the studio for the duration of your appointment as they cannot be allowed inside.

We are appointment only but we'll always try to accommodate where possible!

Sometimes we do have a small quantity of spare pieces in store, but this isn't always guaranteed. If you're wanting a certain piece or have any questions send us a message via Instagram DM and we'll help however we can.

Yes, don't worry about parking. The road the shop is on, Newset Road, is full of free parking.
