If you want to a new piece to add to your collection but are unsure which size to choose, just pop us a message. We’re happy and here to help you find the perfect fit.
We take up to 48 working hours to carefully process and package your order. Once dispatched, delivery times will follow the shipping option selected at checkout.
Yes — engraved pieces are made especially for you, so please allow an additional 3 working days before dispatch.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery through Royal Mail’s Track & Trace.
Due to hygiene reasons, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on jewellery, and personalised engraved items cannot be returned.

Yes — our digital gift vouchers make the perfect gift (for someone special or yourself). They’re available to purchase online and can be sent electronically or printed at home.
